- Additional materials: Are adapters, fit kits, or other parts needed?
- Room repairs: Will the work disturb walls, finishes, or cabinetry?
- Downtime and disruption: How long will the space be without heating or cooling?
- Return visits: What happens if the installation or equipment creates another service call?
Those costs may appear on different invoices—or as lost time rather than a line item—but they still affect the outcome of the project.
